VII’s Editorial Training Opportunity offers recent graduates and emerging industry professionals the chance to participate in the editing, archiving, promotion and placement of VII assets. Through the Editorial Training Program, individuals will work closely with VII staff members to learn the wide range of editorial, business and administrative tasks needed to sustain and advance VII’s global roster of photojournalists. Trainees assist with creating and optimizing web content, managing social media, conducting image research to assist with licensing, executing gallery exhibitions, designing promotional materials and participating in business development projects. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will have a strong portfolio of editorial, business development and design work to show potential employers.
